    In addition, we make any color that you need.

Q. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
A. We are a wholesaler therefore, the minimum quantities will be essential to our work load. We     will try to work with you to promote the Sand Art with a minimum order.

Q. Can I be your distributor in my area?
A. You need to check with us first to find out if we already have a distributor in your area. If we do     not have a current distributor in your area then order the minimum for your area, and you can     be a distributor in your area.

Q. How fast can I get my order?
A. To process any order we need to receive 50% of your total amount and the remaining 50%     when you receive your shipping documents. We produce 20,000 cards a day. We ship via sea,     Air and (DHL, FEDEX).

Q. How often do I need to order to keep the status of a distributor?
A. We will develop a special plan for your market with you.

Q. Do I get credit for any damaged cards from my previous order?
A. We always check most of our cards and sand product before shipping. Also, we always add     additional cards to compensate for the damaged ones.

Q. Can someone explain to me how to use your product and generate profit?
A. Yes, you can send us e-mail, fax or call us at your convenience and our professional staff will     be more than happy to talk to you and prepare a business plan especially for your area.

Q. How can I get your sand art sample kit?
A. You can request our sample kit by e-mail, fax, or phone. The sample kit consist of 2 different     sizes of pre-cut sticker cards, colored sand package, plastic cover and step-by-step direction.     The cost of the sample kit will be determined based on the shipping cost.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. Depends on your credit line. You can pay by wire transfer, money order, LC, or cash to your     local representative. Payment depends on your area. You need to pay 50% of your total cost     upon ordering and the remaining 50% prior to shipping.

Q. Do you have a catalog? How can I get one?
A. Yes we do have a catalog. Our catalogs are customized and made available for our distributors.     Because we are continuously adding new designs to our collection and to make our product     affordable to you, therefore we limit our catalogs to our committed distributors only.

Q. Can I order the colored sand package and the pre-cut sticker card separately?
A. Yes you can.
